The plain-English rules for using this website and working with Celerity Scaling.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of celerityscaling.com (the "Site"), operated by Celerity Scaling ("Celerity," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site describes our marketing services and lets you contact us or book a meeting. Content on the Site is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.
2. Sample content
The websites, advertisements, business names, reviews, conversations, and metrics shown in demos on this Site (including names such as Coastal HVAC, Harborside Plumbing, The Harbor Table, Pine Tree Dental, Granite Fitness, Anchor Point Realty, Main Street Auto, Evergreen Yard Co., and North Cove Goods) are fictional samples created for illustration. They do not depict real businesses, real customers, or real results, and any resemblance to actual businesses is coincidental.
3. No guarantees of results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, budget, competition, and advertising platforms. We do not guarantee any specific results, including leads, rankings, revenue, or return on ad spend. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar outcomes.
4. Client engagements
Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal between you and Celerity. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that engagement.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Celerity Scaling and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping it at scale, submitting unlawful or misleading information through our forms, or infringing anyone's rights.
7. Third-party services
The Site links to third-party services such as Calendly (scheduling), LinkedIn, and email providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celerity Scaling and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100 USD). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Any prices, plan builders, or estimates shown on the Site are for general information and may change at any time. They are not an offer or a binding quote. Final pricing, scope, and payment terms are confirmed in a written agreement or proposal before work begins.

Celerity Scaling provides marketing services. Nothing on this Site or communicated in a consultation constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional for those matters.
